Only a few episodes in but have found it so helpful and encouraging, can’t wait to hear more! Just 2 guys being honest and talking about the real challenges of being a Christian bloke & family man right now, and all the while finding the joy in things! They articulate many thoughts that I guess have been under the surface in my mind, and help in practical ways! “Seriousness is not a fruit of the spirit”, haha love it…! Highly recommend!

Aren’t we past men hogging the mic and platforming their narrative only about women? Would be v.interested to hear about the experiences of the exes disparaged in that episode. “Every outsider you are safe here, whosoever” ?

Very funny and thought provoking. I love listening to these podcasts. They are honest, raw and get you thinking about topics from different perspectives. The convos are sprinkled with a bit of N.Irish humour which lightens the mood. I highly recommend! Thank you!!

Was experiencing a strange joy in being wrong this week after being rather disrespectful to someone and then apologising, and agreeing with them over a certain matter…. then I noticed the title of the podcast that had just updated on my phone.. perfect timing!….. and really helped me later in the day too as I listened to the full episode. Thanks Gareth & Chris, am very grateful for the way in which you you talk around topics and also the lightheartedness, which is often very welcome at the end of the day…. the advice on taking your Stargate loving friend to the cinema ( where’s the joy in mission? ) and filling him with popcorn instead of taking him to Starbucks and listening to the script of 5 Stargate episodes was inspired everyday wisdom…I will always remember that!!😆God bless you
