Dr Marilena Giannoudi discusses working abroad with Dr Cahal Rafferty who worked in an ED in Adelaide, South Australia for around 18 months. They discuss the application process, costs, benefits and potential challenges, with Dr Rafferty openly sharing their experience of working abroad. Dr Rafferty is a University of Liverpool graduate, who after foundation training worked in ED in Adelaide, South Australia for 18 months before returning to the NHS to undertake IMT training in Wessex.
