    I hope you're being gentle with yourself. Mental Health Awareness Week is a fantastic time to refocus our efforts as individuals and take proactive action regarding our mental health. 
    Meditation is an incredible tool and comes in many shapes and forms, so there is an approach for everyone.
    As part of our continued commitment to being the positive change, I have recorded a 5-minute Nervous System Reboot Meditation combined with custom-made binaural beats.
