Arrival President On EV SPAC Listing, Electrifying Public Transit, and Microfactories

In an attempt to capitalize on heightened demand from investors as auto companies and cities prepare for a decarbonized transportation system, Arrival is combining with CIIG Merger Corp. in a deal valuing the London-based electric bus and van company at $5.4 billion.
