Molly Butler's life came crashing down in 2012 when her Father suddenly went missing. After 9 months of searching with no answers and languishing pain, she got the dreaded call from a detective letting her know he had been murdered. This experience left her feeling helpless, hopeless, and suicidal. Not having the tools to deal with trauma like this, Molly first turned to self-medicating to ease her pain. She quickly learned that what she really desired was healing, rather than escape. This lead her to create a small self-care routine, that ended up not only helping her deal with that pain, but was the start of her journey to help thousands of people have the emotional tools to deal with theirs. Today, Molly is a self care/self love coach who works with clients ranging from 16-63 years old, helping them overcome everything from low self esteem, to extreme trauma. She has a passion for helping other humans find their power and peace to live a happy, healthy life.
