That’s how I feel every time l listen to Mel, whether it’s something that concerns me on a physical level or on a mental level . I love her podcasts! I find her voice soothing and reassuring … I love the fact that all of her podcasts are based on research and that’s why I trust all the advice that she gives .. I have used and applied many of her advice on my everyday day life and I truly feel better.. her podcasts about menopause have helped me feel less crazy 🤣!!! I also have absolutely loved the podcasts she makes with advice about every day living (what to do to have better sleep, what to eat to feel better etc!!) I’m from Greece, I hope I have expressed what I wanted to say correctly!! And last but not least thank you for speaking slowly and explaining everything again and again so that all of us who speak a different native language than English can understand everything !!
