This podcast is for anyone who feels lost and is trying to navigate their life too. I'll share some advice about my experience and tell embarrassing stories along the way.     Let's Talk about Allyship

    TW// hate crime Let's be honest ally-ship has been a trending topic for years now. The on going injustices only amplify the need for it. But personally I've been seeing a ton of failed attempts. Performative activism and failed ally-ship tend to go hand in hand. They also seem to be attempts to prove integrity in oneself. All in all it leaves me feeling off. So I'm confronting it. Yes that includes calling out celebrities and "stans" who never question their actions. Everyone is deserving of criticism because no one is flawless. It's okay to love someone and critic their mistakes.     Reframing my outlook on life (Ableism)

    Hi! I'm kinda back on my grind. Releasing extra episodes to make up for my time off. Anyway. This episode means a lot to me. It pinpoints the reason I started this podcast in the first place. I was reading an old assignment from when I was 16 and it inspired to share what I've learned since then. My goal is still the same to make life more accessible even though I need to work on it with my own podcast. It is a passion I have.     Another Self Discovery Episode

    So it seemed like you guys really enjoyed my episode on self discovery. The one I had titled finding your identity in your 20s, so I made another one. This process has been ongoing and it would not be possible without my therapist and surprisingly a lot of people on social media. I know therapy isn't as easily accessible as it should be so I plan to share TikToks with you that really helped me on my journey. I included some amazing people in this episode that their TikToks really help me and I think they might be able to help you.     Struggling to find your identity in your teens and twenties

    Hello my peeps! I hope you're doing well. In this episode I discuss the difficulty in figuring yourself out. Whether you're in your teens or twenties it is a tough theme to explore. I talk about my teens ending and what that means to me and my apprehension in entering my twenties. I felt like I should have everything figured out by now and if I don't I'm failing; but that couldn't be more far from the truth. I hope this an ease anyone who is experiencing the same anxieties.     Dialysis Tips from a former dialysis patient

    Hello, In case you didn't know I am Thalya and I was on dialysis for 2 years. From ages 13-15 I was on out-patient memo-dialysis. In this episode I share tips and tricks I learned through my experience. I also share some general advice for being in the medial world and looking for a diagnosis. This was the original goal of my podcast so I hope this comes in handy. Anyone can listen whether you are a caregiver or friend of a dialysis patient this can be helpful.
