    In this episode I discuss issues students are facing as they persevere through the negative effects of COVID-19. If you’re a student struggling with the shift to online learning, decreased motivation and focus, increasing anxiety or depression or you’ve lost a loved one due to this pandemic, know that you are not alone and there are resources available to you. The stressors of this pandemic can weigh heavy on anyone.  If you are having thoughts of suicide, please do not suffer in silence.  Speak to someone about how you are feeling.
