Keep it simple

Chronic back pain can be so debilitating, and to the point where even just the thought of exercise can make you cringe. The only thing that seems to alleviate the pain is a medical leave of absence for work, a heat pad while watching Netflix, maybe some light stretching, and the ear of a loved one who will listen to you complaining how hard life is now.
