Procrastination: Why do we procrastinate
Procrastination is something we all do at some point in our life. Sometimes it also becomes a habit. We think it could just be laziness or lack of motivation but there is much more to avoiding things. To know why we could be procrastinate listen to podcast. There could be many reasons but a very probable one is our anxiety, fear of failure or rejection. We could only know if did some active thinking and analysing.
