Are You Beautiful? Part 1 of Cultural Ideas of Beautify

In part 1 of this 2 part topic, I focus on the issue of beauty and how we define what it means. I go deep and discuss how we are raised in our own cultures to have certain ideas of what "beauty" is and how we look at ourselves, in terms of beauty.
