Yet, as thousands of energy channels radiate throughout our body, delivering it to every tiny cell, it brings with it the capacity to heal and recharge. Pause, breathe and take a few minutes to bring some lightness and brightness into your day.⁠

    This is a meditation that draws your awareness down into your heart, source of your vitality, resting awhile in this part of ourselves that is always steady, always present, always constant; always knows what to do and just keeps going and, if we make the time to stop and feel down into it, can guide us along too. We send our breath there, taking with it healing energy, compassionate awareness and increased expansion through the tissues, the ribcage, helping to ease any tightness and perhaps supporting a gentle opening outwards, a wanting to connect.

I encourage you to breathe more deeply and fully, spreading your upper body as though blooming, and using much more of it to breathe that we do normally as we rush through our days. And use mindfulness techniques to anchor the mind in the present with the breath moment to moment as you soften, open and fill your body with healing energy.⁠
