On December 13, at Roberta's, the duo of virtuoso guitarist Alex Skolnick (Testament, Alex Skolnick Trio) and award-winning 7-string jazz guitarist Ron Jackson brought together the HRN and Osiris families for a night of great music, great food, great drink, and great conversation.

In this episode Cutting the Curd host, Jessica Kesselman sits down with Liz Thorpe to hear about the Affinage classes she taught at the festival and with Shannon Berry, the cheesemonger and Certified Cheese Professional who cut the cheese for the entire weekend. Then former cheesemaker H Conley speaks with Rachel Kerr, the Festival Director for the Art of Cheese Festival to hear how the whole event came together.
