The first episode of after running is a new game for me. Which is good also for me to enjoy my day.
This after running session brings me to relish of my beginning of the day or making more fit and confidence. Through this after running episode, hope that I always can improve my skills on speaking and enjoy my day on this pandemic lockdown. NOTE: as i mentioned on the first episode. All podcast probably will randomize to express so as long as i enjoy it. I will do that.
