In this episode, we delved into Loik's remarkable journey, starting from his early childhood in Dominica where he faced the challenge of being diagnosed as blind. We explored how he discovered his deep passion for music, which has become his companion throughout life.He's a phenomenal singer with a voice that's been compared to a fusion of Marvin Gaye and Jesus. A man of deep faith, Loik is strongly connected to his spiritual side and carries the wisdom of ages.

Today, I’m joined by Dr. Yannick Atouba, a distinguished professor of Communications at the University of Texas In El Paso. Dr. Atouba’s expertise lies in organizational communications and non-profit organizing where he has received scholarly awards for his outstanding research. His scholarly pursuits revolve around utilizing social network analysis and other quantitative methods to examine varies aspects of organization. His groundbreaking work has been published in esteemed journals such as the Journal of Communication, the Management Communication Quarterly, the Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, and the Communication Yearbook, among others.
We delve into Dr. Atouba's extensive research on Organizational Communication. We explore the diverse communication strategies that can either hinder or foster success within an organization. Additionally, we go over his recent study on his article called Tackling the Turnover Challenge among IT Workers: Examining the Role of Internal Communication Adequacy, Employee Work Participation, and Organizational Identification.
