Rob and Rob, thank you for sharing your knowledge and tips on this podcast. I have recently decided to get into property investment and chose the UK as the location. I am still in the planning and setting things up phase, and your podcast is great for information and boosting motivation to keep going. I have attended 1 of the meet ups in Hong Kong, it’s probably a lot smaller then those in the UK but great to start and to meet people who are doing the same. Keep up the great work guys, I’ll be listening to them in Hong Kong. Cheers!

Rob & Rob, I listen to "The Property Podcast" and "Propery New Radio" podcasts on my daily commute and find the content valuable and enjoyable. Although I've been listening to this podcast since day 1, it has taken me at least six months to get around to leaving a review. This is about the same time it has taken me to find a suitable property. This delay is not due to 'Analysis Paralysis', but rather not being able to find the time to do any research. I am living in Hong Kong and am looking to purchase my third UK property and I found your "Investing from afar" episode very useful.
