Inspired by her parents active lifestyle, Carly has been a runner most of her life. As the Marketing and Sales Manager for Synergy Athletics, Carly puts her experience to work each day by telling the transformative stories of our members through email, social media and community relationships.

Carly shares how her fitness journey has evolved over the years, what is currently the biggest impact, the fitness goals she is working toward, her current obsession and the best advice she has ever received.
