Season 1 of Beyond The Lens will focus on Sports Documentaries. Seth Shapiro (Founder and EP of Diesel Films) and AJ Speaks (Senior Producer, Miami HEAT) are your hosts and they will will sit down with the industry's best. We will have candid conversations with the filmmakers that are telling these great stories, from the directors and producers and the crew behind the scenes to the subjects that they focus on. You will learn what it takes to make a memorable sports documentary and you will hear the untold stories of how these films were brought to life and the challenges that these filmmakers had to overcome.
