    October 4, 2024 On today’s show, your host and real estate expert Rich Szerman talks about free foreclosure defense.  Rich has always offered this service to his clients and talks about protecting your rights as a homeowner. Should you find that you are in financial trouble and are struggling to pay your mortgage, he recommends getting the process started early. There is a 90 day window before your lender will send you a notice of default. Rich talks about the 3 laws that help homeowners.  Call Rich if you need help out of a foreclosure at 661-714-1400. Rich reviews the numbers for the market.  Interest rates remain at about 6% after the feds recently dropped the rate. Median home prices are around $800 thousand and there still isn’t much inventory.
