A student of mine gave me the inspiration and encouragement to share part of the themes I’m using in my classes as ‘food for thought’. My hope the topics will inspire a bit of reflection and give some inspiration on how to live life with more awareness!!

Don’t make it so complicated - Episode 13

The Vital Few - Episode 12

Stop Stealing - Episode 11
Maybe you’re thinking that this does not concern you, that you never steal, so why bother??!
The first time I read about this, the third of the yamas; Asteya, I realized that I did indeed steal much more than I thought.
There are different ways in which we can be ‘stealing’. We can steal from others, from the earth, from the future and also, in the end from ourselves 🙏🏼 Another challenging ‘ethical guideline’ from the yoga philosophy to ponder about.
Previous episodes on the yamas:
Episode 3: Non-violence
Episode 6: Truthfulness -
Small steps - Episode 10
In this episode I share a few thoughts on the concept of change and how we can deal with it ‘going too slow’.

And how come it feels like I get a lot less done even though I in theory have more time, especially now during the lockdown?
In this episode I’m sharing two tricks to use when trying to add new habits to your life. Hopefully you’ll find them inspiring 😉
As always, it’s nice hearing from you.. do you recognize yourself in my story? What are your best tips on building new habits? -
Episode 8 - One of the smartest thing you can do
‘You would not let your phone run out of battery. Don’t let it happen to you either.’
How do you recharge yourself?
Our brains are literally not evolved for handling this copious amount of information that we feed it with daily.
When do you give your brain a well deserved ‘time off’?
One of the smartest things you can do, is to begin to incorporate moments when you ‘recharge’ yourself and your ‘battery’. In this episode I give a few suggestions on what you can do.
I’d love to hear what your favorite tips for recharging might be.. please leave a comment to share 🙏🏼 //C
