    The first time I read about this, the third of the yamas; Asteya, I realized that I did indeed steal much more than I thought.   

    There are different ways in which we can be ‘stealing’. We can steal from others, from the earth, from the future and also, in the end from ourselves 🙏🏼  Another challenging ‘ethical guideline’ from the yoga philosophy to ponder about.
