Breathwork Session - The 10-20-30 Method

In this episode, Rachel explains and guides you through the 10, 20, 30 method. This is a deep breathing technique aimed at combating lethargy, an extremely common condition in today's fast-paced world. Instead of relying on stimulants such as coffee or energy drinks, this method involves taking natural and conscious breaths to help invigorate the mind and body.

The process involves taking a series of deep breaths in three sets, first 10, then 20, and finally 30, each followed by holding the breath for an equivalent number of seconds. As a result, this can create a burst of energy and focus, helpful before taking on an intense activity such as a sports event or high energy presentation. As always, Rachel walks you through each step in calm and confidence, to help you achieve better balance and energy to conquer your daily challenges.
