Kieran meets with Cork BER Assessor Stephen McGovern. Stephen recounts how he renovated his house in Cork City as the Deep Retrofit grant scheme was in its infancy. He shares the trial and tribulations of his renovation journey as well as mistakes he made, what he learned and some of his expert energy saving, insulation and airtightness tips.
