Having spent 24 years in numerous roles at Manchester United, Paul has developed some top talent including Marcus Rashford, Danny Welbeck and many more. The trio sit down and talk about how to identify and create flow in your team and with your players. Paul shares his thoughts on the importance of having “Flow” in your game and what it can look like when you break it down under the microscope.
