This podcast will help you lift the veil of body shaming. One of the best podcast out there in the Haes group, such a light on the horizon in this diet driving culture. Love listening to the thoughtful and intelligent insights this podcast has to offer.

Christy’s podcast changed my life and my relationship with food and my body. So insightful, compassionate and well researched. Christy knows her stuff. Her guests are wonderful too, and I see myself so much in the struggles they went through: restricting, hating my body, bingeing, feeling shame. Christy explains so well how diet culture works, almost every episode I have an aha moment. Every time I listen I feel like I heal a little bit more! Thanks so much for your work Christy! PS: I also love the Book!
Christy Harrison Saved My Life

This podcast has literally changed my life! It scares me to think about how long more I would have spent wasting my life obsessing over food and suffocating in self hatred. Christy is a wonderful, insightful and compassionate host with the most eloquent speaking voice. The ideas presented are simple yet revelationary. It has been so incredibly healing for me to listen to these inspiring women share their similar struggles. I feel strongly that this series would benefit all women and I dare say men, since it is becoming increasingly clear to me that, unfortunately, nobody escapes diet culture. Thank you for helping me navigate away from body hatred and dieting and towards this more peaceful, positive and full way of living! A must listen!
Hands Down- The One Podcast You Need In Your Life

Some adjectives: Insightful, controversial-in the best and most needed of ways, energetic, inspirational, thought-provoking, challenging, engaging, emotional (I've cried and laughed along to the episodes. Multiple times!). A narrative that is unfortunately all too rare and desperately needed, however Christy and guests are certainly making their mark and their voices heard. Personal favourite: Episode 100, with Virgie Tovar. <3
