Dead-Pool Party

SPOILER ALERT! Make sure you go see Deadpool and Wolverine before listening to this week's episode unless you want to totally spoil and ruin things for yourself! It's finally happened, the match-up/team-up we have all been wanting and waiting for for years now, well ever since the first Wolverine movie at least. That's right, we are talking all about Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackam uniting as Deadpool and Wolverine. This is the third installment of the Deadpool franchise and is a bit of a Gambit, that has a lot of guns and Blades, with an Elektra-cal cast and carries the final Human Torch for all those in the 20th Century Universe. So get your chimichangas and a tall glass of Kick-ass ready as we break through the fourth wall and discuss the film that has taken the world by storm.

Well well Tarnished, you have returned to the Lands Between just to watch the internet go absolutely bonkers AGAIN over the 2022 Game of the Year: Elden Ring. The expansion that seemingly took forever to come out has finally come and it is jam packed with more content, bosses and things to just plain f*&k you up in the game. So have you Got Gud? Have you Tried Finger, but Hole? Sworn profusely at the screen? Or just minded your business and gone on with life? So sheath your katana, light up your lantern, lean back and relax as we discuss global takeover from the European nations… sorry as we discuss the hit show Shogun and the implications the show's success could have on games in the future.

Add it to the List!

We just got absolutely spoiled and had the summer showcase of games from the major players and there are some titles that have us pretty excited to play some games in late 2024 and into 2025. So let's break down the top of our lists of things to play from the Playstation State of Play, Xbox Showcase, Nintendo Direct and Summer Game Fest. How many of you grew up on the works of Akira Toriyama? If you don't know who that is, then you need to get out more, just Saiyan! He is none other than the creator of the esteemed manga and anime Dragonball. That isn't all that he developed in his time, as we have been graced by a new rendition of his work on Disney+ and in video game format. That title is none other than Sandland! The show has Bred some life into the animated drought of our lives, celebrating some more beloved creations and moments, Ann showed what a ragtag bunch of Beelze-buds can accomplish with a little perseverance and demonic powers. We got the Peanut Butter and they got the King Jam, let's make a Sand-wich and get this party started.
