Robbie is an encyclopaedia of knowledge when it comes to optimising your training, nutrition and over all well being. He can break complex concepts down into simple explanations which helps to understand the WHY behind what your doing. He and the staff at the Irish Strength Institute have a growth mindset and are at the cutting edge with regards to training and nutrition. They continue to set an example of what a personal trainer can and should be in my opinion.
