    Interview with Sandra Motho! (Part Two)

    Hey lovelies!! This week, I interviewed Sandra Motho for the Janet Kihara Podcast. Sandra was such a fun guest! Super witty and full of banter. I really enjoyed myself and from the recording, you can tell she had fun as well. Throughout the conversation, we were able to go from having fun to dropping nuggets of wisdom, and the overall vibe was super nice and positive. The interview is published in two segments, part one and part two. In this second part of the interview, we explore the fun part that comes after all the hard work and sacrifice. Sandra talks about traveling to Germany and the culture in that country. She also mentions other fun travel experiences she has had. We answered questions from the audience about content creation, doing food reviews, and networking with other influencers plus working with them. More gems were dropped here guys! :).     Looking for Love in All The Wrong Places! 😂

    Have you ever sat with yourself after a break up and wondered how the hell you ended up dating that person in the first place????? 😂😂😂😂😂. That was me in April after ending things with someone I was involved with for a few months. What started as a break up that had been long overdue ended up being a long period of reflection and realising that I have let my fear of abandonment influence my actions in both romantic and platonic relationships for the longest time. Because I wanted to dig deep and be truly vulnerable without dodging questions, I let my best friend Angelus interview me for this episode. We did not hold back and our hearts felt truly full afterwards. I hope you guys enjoy every single second of this!!     My 2022 Recap

    Hi my loves! This episode is more goal-oriented because I talk about my ambitions for 2022 and how I think I performed throughout the year. Whenever we make vision boards at the start of the year, we imagine all our dreams coming true exactly how we picture it...but life doesn't unfold like that, does it? Hahaha. You get to hear all about how vision boards work and the best time in the year to start creating yours. Yes, I still believe in vision boards hahaha. I also talk about how life events like sickness, break ups, and losing your job or poor mental health can affect your goals and put you off-track. I also celebrate some great achievements I had in 2022, especially on the personal front. Listen in!! Xx.

    I have missed you guys sooooo much omg! I decided to do this episode as a follow up to the last one I did...Sort of like a "Here's What You Missed..." So if you listed to the previous one, you know I was thrust into the streets and I was at a loss as to how I would navigate the whole process...it was not easy lol! But I got the hang of it pretty fast and I learnt a few things along the way...from self love to confidence and the kinds of dates I enjoy, this episode is the narration of a super fun time in my life and how it changed me.     Guuyyyssss🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺. 2021 was maaaaad! I had so so much fun, without classes or school, no responsibilities, just me taking a year to chill after years and years of studying. I had so many great moments. The parties, drunk nights, birthdays, road trips, boys 💀...I'm glad I had the year off. I have so many highlights and I mention a couple of them on this episode, plus maybe some regrets? 😂. Anyway, my gap year ended in May of 2022 and life began. I wish I could rewind it all 😍😍😍😍😍. Maybe you'll feel the same when you listen in. Love yah!!!! 💕

    A Conversation with Marvin Muriuki ☺

    Leadership is a rollercoster. So so many highs and extreme lows plus infinite memories and lots of fun in between. Marvin and I had so much fun recording this, mostly because we were reminiscing on so many memories, and it was also cathartic and reflective for both of us 🥰. For this episode, we talk about our experiences as leaders, leading during a pandemic, how leadership changes you forever, and what we wish we could change about our journeys which spanned 3, 4, 5 years.
