Life’s Soundtrack is a podcast devoted to sharing unique stories from different types of artists who are parents, and learn how they balance their work and the demands of parenting. By sharing stories we gain wisdom and strength that can inspire our own daily practices as creative people rearing children. If nothing else, by hearing the soundtrack of one another’s lives we know we are in this messy world of parenting and creating together.

They successfully launched their brand new Head Quarters on Parsons Avenue in Fall of 2017. This hard working husband and wife team have spent the last decade cultivating the production of award winning books, films and their own Fly Over festival. Most importantly, they are building an intentional culture of creative independent art & community. We talked about the experience of having children a bit later in life, homeschooling each of their children for one school year, Mountain Stage’s 35th Anniversary and how they juggle creative side projects on top of parenting and working non-stop.
