The Raheny Shamrocks Olympian has represented Ireland on the International stage for many years including representing Ireland at major cross country championships 14 times. His best international performance saw him finish 22nd in The 2017 World Championships in London. Taking up running at a young age he has never strayed too far from lacing up his spikes and his runners despite a break away from the sport in his mid 20's.
