Achievable Fitness 101

If you’re new to the fitness game, or have struggled with consistency, maybe it’s time to give yourself a reality check. Leave your ego aside, and get to work. Work smarter, not harder. In this episode, I’m really just going through my experiences with fitness. I’ve tried all the programs and diets. It’s been a process and that will probably always be evolving. Here’s to hoping my experiences can help you too.
