Nerve injuries can be very challenging injuries to treat and can have poor outcomes. These injuries represent a wide spectrum from neuropraxia to neurotmesis. What if I told you that some medications that have already been used in the past for other purposes may represent promise for aiding in diagnosis and recovery for patients who sustain a nerve injury?
