Unfortunately, death is a part of life. We’ve all be affected by the death of a loved one and experienced bereavement. But what a lot of us haven’t experience is the loss of a romantic partner or the loss of a parent.

Venetia Quick (presenter/producer) and Colette Byrne (founder of Widow.ie) lost their husbands and were left to continue raising young children on their own. They discuss with Avril and Dr Elizabeth Nixon about their own difficult experiences and how they managed to overcome grief while having the difficult job of being a parent.
