Podcast 1
Hi Phil,
I listen to numerous podcasts on health and fitness to stay up to speed with the industry. I have found with some podcasts by the time you have listened to the episode your wondering what did I actually learn from that! A lot of podcasts mention, skim over topics and its more banter which after a while you begin to lose interest.
I rarely do reviews however I just wanted to give you some feedback on your first podcast which I listened to yesterday. I thought it was great the messages (or the topic) was simple but very educational. I'm in my third year of Nutritional therapy and by the end of the podcast I had picked up some great pointers. I think the level that you started with covers beginners and people like myself who have a deeper understanding of nutrition.
I was impressed and I'm looking forward to hearing your next podcast. PS I also liked the fact that it covered a particular topic as sometimes Q & A sessions are too vague. I would prefer to have more knowledge on a particular subject V's small nuggets on lots of topics.
Fair play and well done….
Sylvia
