how we need to acknowledge the mismatch between the stage of prolapse and the symptoms
why we need to make sure our focus is not just on the bio but also encompasses the psychosocial
challenging the perceptions of danger/safety when it comes to resistance exercise
educating about the necessity of strength training for women, especially in the peri to post menopausal years
using the TIIPPSSFC framework that Teresa developed to increase both confidence & competence in exercise Rx for this population (but also where we might need to use caution)
