Glacier Ridge 50k 1st Overall in 4:52.04.5. Not gonna lie, definitly hurting after this one. Had blood work this week and sodium was low and a few other things were off. Been dehydrated all week and bladder yesterday had me pee like 2 gallons at least. I maybe had at very most 200 calories during the race so way behind on nutrition. I was struggling the last 10 miles. Body was getting tight and starting to shut down. Heart/stomach area was hurting bit during whole race from the start not sure which one. Drank maybe 40 oz whole race. When I finished I was shaking from lack nutrition. Somehow pulled it off think because I didn't redline at all. It may not have been worth the punishment but I'll take it. Course was runnable whole time. The hills were just punchy and wasn't really technical. Only got rained on last 2 miles. Only real mistake I made was taking my hydration vest instead of waist belt I regretted that pretty much immediatly.
