The one podcast I recommend to everyone

Found this podcast about two months ago and have slowly been working my way back through all the earlier episodes because it's bloody brilliant. Some weeks I come away with useful nuggets of information or a new perspective on something. Other weeks, I'll end up re-listening with a notepad and pen because it is particularly relevant for where I'm at in my squiggly career. The format is great as Helen and Sarah provide an introduction to a specific topic, break down some of the research, provide great context by sharing some of their experience and stories as well as always wrapping up with some potential actions and/or tools for the listener. Helen and Sarah are fantastic hosts with real passion and energy for improving the world of work. Their openness, honesty, warmth and enthusiasm makes for an inspiring listen.
