The possible misconception may be that as this is the first review of Mark’s podcast and that I happen to have the same surname as him, that I am a friend or relation that is obligingly writing a review. But the reality of it is that I met Mark during the week at an event and his engagement in our conversation struck a chord and left a lasting impression. The reason I have left a 5-star-review is that Mark managed to replicate the engagement of a face-to-face conversation and presented it in a good natured, thought provoking style.
