I want to say that you are making a difference in my life.
Finally after what seems like my whole life I need to get to grips with the curse of People pleasing and the subsequent anxiety that I feel in my body and tummy almost all the time.
Funny thing is on the outside I am a confident happy type.
So I went looking for something after a really bad People pleasing episode that left me feeling really low.
Your podcast came up so I tried it.
This is only about 3 weeks ago.
Each day as I drive to work I listen to one of your episodes and I can honestly say that I am so much more focused on understanding and trying to manage the dreaded Mr Anxiety.
I feel I am slowly coming to the point of putting my thoughts together to try distill down to 3 too situations that set it off most.
When I do,
I feel this will be an achievement in itself.
I intend to seek your help directly at that point if possible.
But so far only after the 3 weeks I now know I can never go back fully to where I was
even if I wanted to.
