This episode of The Ego Coach Podcast explores the importance of exploring our inner spectrum which is the space in between the polar ends of both our superego and our id (animal). This episode will cover some ways we can help our ego into the observer’s seat to notice our inner dynamics unfolding across this inner spectrum. We will notice what it looks like when one of our parts jumps in to undermine the other in cases of burnout.  As always, if you believe you could benefit from some individual or couples work whether in internal restructuring of your ego and/or other life coaching/mentoring services to manifest your most authentic Self please feel empowered to reach out to me via email at zay@ego-coach.com for a free consultation or visit my website at www.ego-coach.com. Living Peacefully VS Keeping the Peace

Living Peacefully VS Keeping the Peace

This sixth episode of The Ego Coach Podcast explores the differences between living life peacefully vs keeping the peace and this distinction is crucial as we move forward on our life long pursuit towards Self-Actualization. Though the differences may seem subtle at times, it remains important for us to notice when we are keeping the peace to avoid conflict instead of having the difficult conversations and cultivating genuine inner peace as a result. Desires vs Needs

    Desires vs Needs

This fifth episode of The Ego Coach Podcast explores the differences between desires and needs and their relative and complimentary importance in helping us strive for self-actualization. In this episode we explore Maslow's hierarchy of needs and dissect how these correlate with our desires. Are all desires equal? Are needs more important than desires? Let us examine the origins and inner motivations of both our needs and desires and may we harness their primal push towards individuation and ultimately self-actualization.  As always, if you believe you could benefit from some individual or couples work whether in internal restructuring of your ego and/or other life coaching/mentoring services to manifest your most authentic life please feel empowered to reach out to me via email at egocoachllc@gmail.com for a free consultation or visit my website at www.ego-coach.com. Values Vs Preferences

    Values Vs Preferences

This fourth episode of The Ego Coach Podcast explores the differences between values and preferences particularly in relationships. In many domestic disputes and arguments within a relationship most partners will often first voice frustration around a surface level issue which they identify as an act of neglect or infringement on an issue which they care about. However, this is most often a preference and not necessarily a value. I have found that when a person is not living in accordance with their values, they tend to obsess or fixate on their preferences and this causes great strife in their intimate relationships as they do not necessarily understand why they are so upset over their partner not succumbing to their preferences.  As always, if you believe you could benefit from some internal restructuring of your ego and other life coaching services to manifest your most authentic life please feel empowered to reach out to me via email at egocoachllc@gmail.com for a free consultation or visit my website at www.ego-coach.com.  May you continue to  thrive in the universe.

    The Four Givens of Existence

This third episode of The Ego Coach Podcast explores the 4 Givens of Existence as defined by Irvin Yalom. Existentialism is a philosophy which explores the problem of human existence often manifested in angst, confusion, and search for higher meaning. Death, freedom, isolation, and meaninglessness are what we will be discussing today.  As always, if you believe you could benefit from some internal restructuring of your ego and other life coaching services to manifest your most authentic life please feel empowered to reach out to me via email at egocoachllc@gmail.com for a free consultation or visit my website at www.ego-coach.com. Id vs Superego

    Id vs Superego

This second episode of The Ego Coach Podcast explores in greater detail the respective roles of both the id and the superego as first conceptualized by Sigmund Freud. The episode goes into the oppositional and oftentimes conflictual nature of the relationship these two parts have in trying to influence the ego in its decision making. Within this beautiful contrast, we explore ways in which our core Self can show grace where the superego would show judgment and curiosity where the id would show reactivity. As always, if you believe you could benefit from some internal restructuring of your ego and other life coaching services to manifest your most authentic life please feel empowered to reach out to me via email at egocoachllc@gmail.com for a free consultation.
