• A curious Supreme Court decision on an appeal from the Solicitors' Disciplinary Tribunal. A case involving a solicitor taking over another firm and failing to submit the company's accounts (the appeal goes back to 1999)
• Another case from the Solicitor's Disciplinary Tribunal appealed to the Supreme Court as to whether an appeal was or was not out of time.
• A case where the deceased had named his daughter as the executor of his will but the deceased's son disputed this.
