The In-Season Stanley Cup

32 Thoughts: The Podcast

Jeff and Elliotte have talked about doing the in-season Stanley Cup challenge for a couple of seasons but never had the time to coordinate it. But this season, they found the time and some friends to do it with!

The guys are joined by David Amber and Caroline Cameron of Sportsnet in the first annual 32 Thoughts In-Season Stanley Cup challenge. The rules are simple. In the snake draft, each player drafts 8 NHL teams. The draft order is selected by our producer (3:30). There are two possible ways to win the season-long challenge — 1) if your teams hold the Stanley Cup the most number of days throughout the regular season….Tampa Bay has the Stanley Cup on the first day of the season and 2) if your team has the Stanley Cup on the last day of the regular season.

There’s $400 on the line. Best of luck to the contestants!

This podcast is produced and mixed by Amil Delic, and hosted by Jeff Marek and Elliotte Friedman.
