Ben and Lucy are two gems & are so easy to listen to! I patiently wait for their episodes each week and I love the length/content they cover within each episode, my fav thing is how real and normal they are! Ye are both legends keep inspiring xo

Where do I begin? Great content, entertaining, funny with many a knowledge bomb dropped along the way. Lucy and Ben are not afraid to take on any topic. Controversial subjects, fad diets and quick fixes exposed, no fakes are safe from these pair as they impart their wisdom and take anyone down who tries to fool the general public. Whether you’re lacking in motivation, need more info on nutrition and how to fuel your body or deeper subjects on eating disorders and binging, there is no one I’d trust more than this amazing duo. If you haven’t checked them out, what have you been doing with your life?!! Go for a walk, throw on a podcast and immerse yourself in their fountain of knowledge, you won’t be disappointed!! @howfitismcgee

I first started listening to Lucy and Ben’s podcast after watching Lucy’s YouTube video about her ED. It honestly saved me from a downward spiral of old habits; under-eating, putting pressure on myself and overall just very unhappy. I’m so happy I found this podcast at the height of lockdown in March because it has taught me so much about fitness and mental health. I listen to them during workouts or on a walk, they’re both so down to earth and it’s so easy to understand the science behind what they say! Today, I’m eating a maintenance or 2,100 rather than 1,200, I’m stronger physically and mental, I look forward to waking up everyday and I have Lucy and Ben to thank for allowing to tackle my problems the right way. ❤️ Insta: @yasminkeogh
