Diddieslovedick ,

Super happy food for thought!!

I'm in love with this podcast! I came across it one day while searching for info about Biocentrism and haven't stopped listening since. I love that so much of the stuff Brandon and his guests talk about rings home and makes me reanalyise my choices on this crazy path to happiness. I had been considering my spirituality for a while, something that I don't feel is even a word that is socially acceptable in Ireland. It was nice to stumble into this circle of love lovers and feel right at home :) I have been trying to work on my issues relating to fear, anxiety and mostly, self-love for a while now and I really feel like this podcast is helping me do so.
I haven't been in a relationship for 8 years (I'm 26) and I've just started dating someone (which I instigated which is a major step for me woo!) but I'm so terrified I feel like I'm going to mess things up. I'm scared of opening up only to be rejected...which is what happened last time......but I learned from that relationship that I had jumped in too deep too quickly and decided that I had to be more careful with my fragile heart. This led me to avoiding any relationship whatsoever! Now, I don't know how to strike the balance between being careful/having the patience to get to know him so that I know I can trust him and being completely overanalytical/judging him for little innocent comments/turning cold. I know that's very summarised explanation but I hope you understand the context and maybe you can help. I wanted to post this in the Facebook page but I was too scared that my friends or even worse, THE guy would see!haha I would love if you could spread some wisdom my way on this one because my head is fried!
Keep up the AMAZING work Brandon, you're a great friend to have! Love from the Emerald Isle <3
