We each found sport for varying reasons, but we all agree that it was an outlet for stress relief, a place of safety and a way to connect with friends (and make new ones along the way). We feel stronger in our sport; it boosts our confidence. We found something that blossomed into a lifestyle. The world we once knew is gone. This podcast explores how we can find meaning during these difficult times.
