    Sankalpa-Heart Desire

    Sankalpa-Heart Desire

In this Mediation, I Invite you to attune to your Sankalpa. Sankalpa is the Sanskrit word for intention, vow, commitment. San means ‘to become one with, born from the heart’ and kalpa means ‘unfolding over time’.

We can use a Sankalpa as a way to set an intention, to connect with our heart’s deepest desire, that provides meaning, purpose and value to our life. It’s an expression of our essential nature.

The mediation also includes body sensing, allowing the whole body to settle, relax and rest deeply. Enjoy, Love Victoria x

    Yoga Nidra Silence of Sleep

    Yoga Nidra Silence of Sleep

This is a soothing Yoga Nidra Meditation, to guide you into the silence of sleep. When our minds are filled with spinning thoughts and images, it can hinder our ability to drift into sleep. This meditation gently encourages the energy to shift from the thinking mind down into the body, welcoming a softening and relaxation of the entire body, facilitating a peaceful night's sleep. Inner Resource

    Inner Resource

An Inner resource meditation practice, is a lovely way to nourish the felt sense of unchanging well being. As life unfolds we may encounter experiences that evoke strong emotions, beliefs, feelings or situations that feel challenging.

An Inner resource is experienced as a feeling of peace, equanimity, groundedness and well being.

As we rest in this quality of well being it helps us hold these experiences as they are with warmth, compassion and security.

It’s a heartfelt embodied experience, a felt sense in your body that helps you feel relaxed. Love Victoria x

    Soften Into your experience

    Soften Into your experience

Warm welcome, In this Meditation, I invite you to feel into the least amount of effort needed to stay present, awake and aware, while simultaneously soften and resting back into our direct experience.

Resting as the open space where our changing activities of life spontaneously come and go, without preference or pull towards a particular movement, helps us be more welcoming to the moment as it is.

Allowing the body and mind to settle, rest and feel a sense of well being. Enjoy love Victoria x

    Peacefully observing the moment

    Peacefully observing the moment

    Warm welcome,

In this Meditation we will peacefully observe the moment just as it is. Not adding or taking anything away from our experience, and noticing how life is moving through you.

A moment to pause be still, quiet and rest deeply into this space...the simplicity of resting just here, resting here and doing nothing and noticing how this affects the body and mind. Enjoy, love Victoria x
