Finding the right help to heal my gut
Hi folks!
A huge warm welcome.
This episode is a very personal one about my journey to heal my gut and to get the help I need to sort long standing issues. Up to a few months ago I was fobbed off only leading to more pain, anxiety and other gut issues.
I hope it inspires even one of you to never give hope on finding the help you deserve with any health issue. I kept it brief and didn't go into too much detail on the symptoms.
It's part one. I'll update on progress when I've useful and helpful information for you.
