From the news, we can know that the pandemic created conditions that might have exacerbated these negative feelings. With school closures and remote learning, children experienced the loss of peer interactions, greater social isolation, and less interaction with other supportive adults like teachers and coaches. These changes may have contributed to increased symptoms of depression, such as feelings of sadness, loss of interest in activities, and disruption to appetite and sleep, according to the study.

Peppa Pig is a cartoon series with the main character a pig named Peppa. The series, which started its first episode in 2004, originates from the United Kingdom, so it is not surprising that the characters in this series speak using a fairly thick British accent. Because this series is aimed at children, the plot in each episode is quite simple and easy to understand. In addition, the characters speak with clear pronunciation, so that it can make it easier for children to learn how to pronounce a word.

There once was a mouse that had not eaten in days. He had become really thin. After a lot of searching, the mouse found a basket full of corn. There was a tiny hole in the basket and he squeezed through. So, he crept into the basket and ate his fill of corn. However, he did not stop eating even when he was full. The mouse ate more and more. Now, the mouse had grown larger from all that food and could no longer fit through the hole to get out. He was worried and wondered how to escape. A rat that was passing by heard the mouse and told him that he had to wait until he had grown thin again in order to get out. The mouse regretted being greedy and overeating.

I got a lot of experience after reading and watching children's cartoons in English. The first thing is that I find vocabularies that I don't understand the meaning of, then I look for their meanings and make sentences using those vocabularies. And lastly, I practice these vocabularies in everyday life, from there I can remember the meaning of these vocabularies and understand if there are other sentences that use these vocabularies.

Broadly speaking, the song "Here's Your Perfect" describes the feeling of trying to be okay in the midst of the pain of loss. Not intending to lie to yourself, but to accept wisely the reality you are facing. What Miller specifically means in this song is letting go of someone who is not meant to be with us. Jamie Miller himself through his song describes a good reception as a result of the wounds he endured. Obviously his heart wasn't fine. It is reflected in the lyrics of the first and second stanzas of the song, where he still always rings with the name of his lover. But despite his hurt, Miller insists that it's okay to feel hurt. It's okay to feel lost and have pain. He could come to terms with reality.

This “10000 hours” song is filled with figurative poetic words, which can't necessarily be interpreted word-by-word separately. If you look at the overall lyrics of the song, which seems to appear romantic, it turns out that the song 10000 has a story or meaning as an expression of a desire to find out about all the good and bad things from the person he loves, even though it takes a very long time which is likened to the time for 10000 hours long or even up to 1 year longer or even up to the remaining age. During that time, it's not just to get to know him but to always show love and commitment and affection to his lover, even to the last of his age. A romance that needs to be remembered, that a difference that exists, cannot be united and understood in an instant, but continues to learn together to know and love during our lives.

After hearing the songs "Here's Your Perfect" and "10000 Hours" I learned some vocabulary I didn't understand. Translate the meaning and make sentences from the vocabulary. After that I practice using the vocabulary. The benefits I get include understanding the meaning of these vocabularies, being able to pronounce the pronunciation correctly and being able to better understand other sentences containing these vocabularies.

We live in a world beating with urgency breathing with difficulty breaking under necessity. We are a society consumed by technology compact in proximitychoked by inactivity. We are global, we are responsible, we are trending, we are too inactive, everyone, everywhere, every day, we have a plan. It's time to activate our governments, to activate our environments to activate our society to activate ourselves. It's time to activate movement to activate improvement to reverse our direction to activate new trends we need to alertyou. We need to activate everyone everywhere every day.

What do humans need to stay healthy? Your body can do all kinds of things, but to keep it working at its best you need to look after it by staying healthy. Being healthy helps make sure you feel good and means you're less likely to get sick. It helps you do more fun activities and it may help you live longer too. So what can you do to be healthy well? You can eat a good balance of all kinds of food including plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, you can drink lots of water, and you can do lots of exercise, to make your body stronger and fitter. Another way of staying healthy is good hygiene which means keeping clean and washing off germs that can make you or other people ill. Some germs like to travel on your skin, some will travel through the earth, others prefer dirty surfaces. But simple things like washing your hands before you eat and after you use the toilet will help stop germs getting inside you and making you ill. Last, all of you need plenty of sleep because this is when your body recovers and grows so you can do even more tomorrow.

My experience when using these vocabularies in daily life is quite difficult. A lot of vocabulary is difficult to pronounce correctly. Sometimes I forget a little how to pronounce the vocabulary correctly. But over time I was able to pronounce it correctly and remember what it meant.

    THE CROOKED TREE

It was a dense forest. All trees were straight and tall. Their trunks were broad and shapely. But, there was one tree which was having a crooked and shapeless trunk. The crooked trunk tree was sad. He thought “How ugly I am! All others are straight and shapely. I alone have crooked trunk.” One day a wood-cutter came there. He looked around and said “I will cut all trees here, except that crooked tree. That is of no use to me”. He cut away all other trees. Now, the crooked tree was happy for its crookedness.

    THE ANT AND THE GRASSHOPPER

A grasshopper spent the summer singing and idling away his time. Meanwhile, his neighbors, a colony of ants, worked hard throughout the summer to store food for the winter. The grasshopper laughed at the ants and told them that they should enjoy the summer. The ants told the grasshopper that he should store food for the winter or he will starve when everything is frozen. When winter comes, the ants were in their nest, resting and surviving on the food that they had stored. The grasshopper came to their door, hungry and cold. He begged the ants for food and says he realized the error of his ways. The ants shared their food with him and made him promise to work hard next summer to gather and store food.

In the children's stories and cartoons in English that I read and watch, there are various kinds of moral messages. However, I found it a little difficult to understand some of the vocabulary. After finding out the meaning of all difficult vocabulary and practicing using the vocabulary in daily life, I had an interesting experience. Among them, I became able to understand the meaning of the vocabulary and better understand some sentences that use the vocabulary. And can say the vocabulary with the correct pronunciation.

Luthvia : Hello Aleyda, how are you?

Aleyda  : Hii Luthvia, I'm fine, how about u?

Luthvia : I'm fine too, by the way have you been vaccinated yet?

Aleyda  : Already twice, how about you?

Luthvia : I've also had the vaccine, but this is just the first vaccine

Aleyda  : Did you know about the news that there will be face-to-face learning soon?

Luthvia : Yes, I heard about it too, but I don't know when it will be implemented, do you know?

Aleyda  : As far as I know, face-to-face learning is currently aimed at students in their third semester.

Luthvia : Yes, you are right Al, as far as I know, to participate in face-to-face learning requires many requirements, do you know what the requirements are?

Aleyda  : The information I got from seniors I know, you must have been vaccinated twice and get an official vaccine certificate from the government. Then fill out and sign a letter of approval to attend face-to-face lectures

Luthvia : Oh, it turned out so. Thank you so much for telling me Al

    Aleyda  : You're welcome Luthvia

After recording a conversation with one of my friends and uploading it on spotify, I had some fun experiences. Some of those experiences include: I can talk to my friend using English to practice my English skills; being able to practice listening and translating English sentences delivered by my friend without a translator; can exchange stories with my friend; and if there is a word that I do not understand, I will look up the meaning in the dictionary.

Many things happened after I practiced using these vocabs in my daily life. One of them is that I will unconsciously speak using the vocab and even say English sentences using the vocab spontaneously. Even when I never thought of that sentence before. All these experiences taught me how to improve my English skills in an interesting way. So that my English skills improved from previous journals without feeling that this method is part of learning in class.

    “RECKLESS” AND “HEATHER”

The song "Reckless" is a western song sung by Madison Beer. Carrying a powerful ballad, Reckless tells the story of a woman's heartbreak when she finds out that her beloved partner treats her badly, including having a relationship with another woman, regardless of her feelings. "Reckless is about how easy it is for some people in relationships to hurt others and go on living guilt-free," says Madison Beer.

The song "Heather" is a song composed and sung by Conan Lee Gray. This song tells about how we who are not perfect like someone who also likes other people, moreover this other person has a near perfect face. This song can also be shown to someone who is always the second choice because our appearance is not as beautiful as the main character, as Conan said earlier.

After underlining the unknown vocabulary, looking for its meaning, and making sentences with it, I use the vocabulary in my daily life. After using these vocabularies, I became more aware of the meaning of the song and at the same time understood some of the sentences that used those vocabularies.
