    In this episode, Robbie Norris shares his deeply personal journey through grief and heartbreak following the loss of his daughter Indie. Robbie opens up about the challenges he faced and the lessons he learned along the way, offering valuable insights for others navigating similar experiences. He describes the intense anger and shares his struggles with directing his anger towards his wife, Molly.

    ·       The difference in grieving styles initially caused tension but ultimately helped them understand and support each other better.

    ·       Turning to alcohol as a coping mechanism, which he regrets.

    ·       Reflecting on the importance of seeking professional help to manage his anger and wishes he had been more open to this earlier.

    ·       Despite their different grieving processes, Robbie and Molly decided to lean on each other, which strengthened their bond as a couple.

    ·       Societal pressure on men to be the strong, supportive "rock" and how challenging it was to accept that he could not fix the situation.

    In this heartfelt episode, Jess and Jeremy Lagerhausen share their deeply personal journey through a difficult pregnancy and the loss of their son, Jude. Their story is one of love, faith, and resilience. They recount the unexpected turns their lives took and the profound God moments they experienced.

    Jess and Jeremy's son, Jude, was born on December 2nd and passed away on December 3rd after 10 weeks of pregnancy challenges. At 18 weeks pregnant, after a magical day together as a family vacationing in California, Jess experienced a sudden rush of fluid, leading to an ER visit. Jess faced recurrent fluid loss and bleeding, leading to multiple hospital visits. Despite a closed cervix and initial diagnosis of placenta previa, the fluid levels continued to drop mysteriously.

    ·       Instrumental in implementing a new company policy to allow additional time off for child loss.

    ·       Leaning into their faith, finding immense support from their minister.

    ·       Grieving differently and understanding it is okay.

She said I have literally lived by this and any time a feel down or hyper focused on losing my child I have to remind myself that I am not moving on, I am moving forward which does not dismiss how much I love him.
