After a long sabbatical I am back and it's good to be here! The format of this podcast had to develop and I had to have a long think about the purpose of this being in existence. What I discovered is that sharing my insights with you can't be done in 2 minutes and I need less of a script and just need to speak from the heart. With that in mind, going forward, that is what you can expect. 
Today I talk about strengthening your mind, probably one of the hardest things you will have to do in life but one of the most worthwhile.
