    Anitha Aswath is an accomplished learning and coaching professional with substantial experience of 24 years in Facilitation, Leadership Coaching, Consulting, and Training & Development. She is committed to empowering leaders, professionals, and teams to maximize their potential through top-notch coaching and consulting.

    Recognized as an excellent Leadership Coach, Consultant, and Global Facilitator with a proven track record of logging 600+ coaching hours, she has trained close to 3500+ leaders and professionals. In her corporate career, Anitha has worked with organizations like GE, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Target, and Cisco Systems.

    As a business owner, she partners with organizations like Cisco Systems,  Dotdash Meredith, and EdMyst. Through EdMyst, she serves firms like Talent 500 and Saks 5th Avenue as a senior coach.

    She is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is a Certified Professional Transformational Coach (Advanced Practitioner) from Coach Masters Academy, Singapore. She is an accredited Team Coach from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) with a license from EMCC to practice at a Foundation level. She is also a Brain-Based Certified Coach from Neuroleadership Institute. She is vocal about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and everyday life. Anitha is also a student of North Indian classical music. She is a Voice over Artist by passion and provides services for e-learning and audiobooks.
